As long time CISCO users, our agency has hundreds of businesses in the files. As we are all aware, businesses can change owners, therfore changing the name of the business. However, officers (being creatures of habit) still call it the OLD name when you have to find a keyholder at 3 in the morning.
Could there be a way to have an "alias" name in the business file? Example:
John's Bar aka/Bill's Bar. If you did a search on EITHER name, it would come up and you wouldn't have to remember who bought the bar the last time it was sold?

I understand this request completely having been a dispatcher myself. I will post this request in our Enhancement List.

Just another vote for this enhancement. We have several cases where a location is entered twice, like "CHS" and "Central High School", for the ease of the dispatchers. It would be great to tie multiple common place index numbers to the same business file.
