New Tabs in Local Queries on Cismobile

    Please provide the following new headers in cismobile under Local Query Selection Menu
    1. From the Licensing and Permits Module/Firearms/Add a Tab for 1.Firearms Registration Info, 2. Firearms Permit Information and 3. Firearms Dealer Information.
    2. From the Caps Module/Citations/Moving/Other/Officer ID. This is so officers can look up their previous ciations.
