Under the Tow-In Log entry screen, please add another field after the Owners Name and before remarks. Please add Available for Release with the Default answers of Yes/No. If No is selected another block will appear to add comments what is needed before release.
This is needed to eliminate the need to add to remarks field on every tow in.

Available for Release Yes/No If NO empty block appears for free text
