When entering the tranaction and after the remarks filed, have a print screen button
instead of having to enter CTRL P, this way the entire entry can be made with one hand instead of having to manually enter the CTRL P.

This is necessary as the Civil Process servers print from their cars and they are having a hard time utilizing both hands

Civil Process Servers would like a Mailing Tab added to the Civil Process Transaction Screen. When they complete the tranaction and use the code By Copy and copy mailed. They have to go out of cisco and enter microsoft word and complete an envelope mailer which takes additional manpower time to complete their job. By placing a tab on the screen with a mailing label they can print an envelope at the same time which would populate from cisco the fields of Defendent Name, Street, Apt #/Suite, City and Zip
onto the mailer.

It would be helpful if, when printing a list of the address advisories that have been entered, it also listed the DATE that the entry was made. I find myself going through dozens of them to see if they are still relevent. Sure, you can ask dispatchers to add the date, but they are human and forget. Automatic would be wonderful!!

Can we please add the following tabs to warrant entry screen

1. Additional Changes: If a person has multiple counts on a warrant you can only enter one charge and if the charge is Failed to Appear or Revoke Sentence would like to have a tab on the main warrant screen to enter additional charges. I would suggest making a new line between charge line and type line to make two tabs for additional charges. If there are more than two additional charges we can add to remarks like we do now.

2. Percent of Bail allowed: Make a Tab so we can indicate if a percentage of the bail is allowed. As an example, most of our warrants allow 10% for bail. Warrant is for $5,000 with 10% allowed so a person can bond out with $500.00. We currently add this in the remarks section but would like it on the warrant entry screen. Maybe a code table to identify the amount or no percent allowed.

In priorities, we would find it helpful to have the fields for other call types that are automatically generated be dependent upon, or different for in progress vs. not in progress. We could then set a police call type for "Stabbing" to generate a rescue call if it is in progress, but not if it is being reported after the fact.

Just another vote for this enhancement. We have several cases where a location is entered twice, like "CHS" and "Central High School", for the ease of the dispatchers. It would be great to tie multiple common place index numbers to the same business file.

We are very pleased to announce that we are once again having our CISCO National Users Group Meeting. This will take place at the Sirata Beach Resort and Conference Center in St. Petersburg, FL starting October 14, 2007. The focus for this conference will be training. We will be conducting small breakout sessions covering all of our systems. Please refer to the enclosure for the details.

In order to make this possible, we are holding a block of rooms at a special government rate. I am required to confirm with the hotel the room count by August 27, 2007. I realize that this may be short notice but we need to know if you will be attending and the number of rooms you will require by that date.

Please reply to Ellen Rennard at ellen@cisco-ps.com or by phone at 800-862-2627 with the following information: Department Name, Department Telephone Number, Names of Attendees and Guests, Number of Rooms .
